We are a certified USDA Organic farm and hold MDARD and MLCC licenses. 1% of our gross sales go to the Grand Traverse Land Conservancy and other charities. Our main business brand is Little Long Ears Provisions, which focuses on extending the wine and cider making process into aged vinegars. We currently produce apple cider vinegar, pear vinegar, Fire Cider vinegar, beer malt vinegar, and Michigan cherry vinegar, with small batches of red wine, white wine, champagne, black garlic, blackberry, and red raspberry vinegars on deck. Little Long Ears Provisions is proud to be recognized in the 2026 USI Vinegar Competition, earning awards for our Black Garlic Vinegar, Beer Malt Vinegar, and Michigan Cherry Vinegar. When people think of us, and vinegar in general, we would like to say that it makes your food taste better. Besides the health benefits of vinegar, like probiotics, antioxidants, and cholesterol/blood-sugar control, vinegar is the best way to add more diverse and complex flavors to almost any dish.
