My items arrived in a shocking state. They were thrown into a bag then into a box. The cans were dented and four packs were broken apart from their packaging. The products arrived in a unsaleable state.

Although we received in an improper item, mistakes happen. Tailwagger has been a great product and the few issues I have had were promptly resolved.

The product is very high quality, and pet parents are very excited about it. We had some cans damaged in shipment, and the brand worked with us to get them replaced.
