About LIFGIF
🚚 OUR DELIVERY: Additional customs and brokerage fees may apply 🎨 Exclusive in-house designs with new products added weekly ✨ 100% handcrafted and unique items that stand out on your shelves 📈 Trend-driven collections that sell 🛒 Low minimum order What is your design process? Design – We sketch and shape ideas, there were many different versions until the final one. We have a wide range of ceramic items, from jewelry to decorating things. We craft little pieces of joy- gentle things that speak not to reason, but to the heart. First Firing – We fire the pieces in a kiln to harden them. Items are fired at around 600–800° in a kiln, transforming the clay into a sturdy ceramic base. Glaze – Glaze is applied by hand. Second Firing – The glazed pieces are fired again at a higher temperature, about 1200- 1250° Finish – Findings such as earring hooks, clasps, or necklace cords are attached by hand. Package - Each item is then packaged in cutie boxes, ready to be gifted or treasured.

The quality is nothing like the photos — these are counterfeits or misleading images. The paint is very poorly done, even cracked. The price is therefore unjustified and may even be a scam. I had to pay customs fees for this scam!

We are truly sorry that your experience and the items you received fell short of your expectations. We want to assure you that we are a small, authentic artisan pottery studio, not a seller of counterfeits or mass-produced items. Because every piece is 100% handcrafted, natural variations in tone and texture are inherent to the art of pottery with every single kiln firing. However, we do not deny that a oversight in our Quality Control combined with the stress of long-distance transit led to an unacceptable result in your case, for which we sincerely apologize. Regarding import duties, these fees are mandated by local customs regulations under Faire’s buyer policies and are not collected by our studio. We deeply value your support and are fully committed to making this right. We have reached out to you via direct message with a resolution to ensure you are fully taken care of. Please check your inbox when you get a chance. —LIFGIF • Jul 27, 2026
