Our Maraschino Cherries are crafted in Italy by a fourth-generation family producer near Naples, using authentic Marasca cherries known for their rich flavor, firm texture, and noticeable pop after each bite. Each cherry is steeped in natural Marasca juice for over two weeks, then rested for another week to allow the flavor, texture, and syrup to settle into balance. Since launching in Fall 2020, Hotel Starlino Maraschino Cherries have become a trusted staple for luxury cocktail bars, boutique retailers, chocolatiers, patissiers, and at-home entertainers who want a premium garnish without an unreachable price point.
