FLOR DE LA JARA is a family-owned olive oil brand based in Brooklyn, New York, founded by Tiffany and Jorge, a married couple united by their love of great food, family traditions, and quality ingredients. Jorge is a fourth-generation olive oil producer whose family’s story began with his great-grandfather in Toledo, Spain. Together with Tiffany, a physician of Jamaican descent with a passion for nutritious foods, he is bringing that family legacy to American tables. At the heart of our story is our family’s olive grove in La Jara, Montes de Toledo, Spain, where our olive trees continue to bear fruit season after season. We work closely with our family in Spain to bring the character of these groves to every bottle, honoring the land, the harvest, and the traditions behind our olive oils. Our collection features three single-origin, mono-varietal extra virgin olive oils—Picual, Cornicabra, and Arbequina—each with its own distinctive flavor profile.
