About Slate Puzzle
Slate Puzzle creates metal jigsaw puzzles that become lasting pieces of art. Our collection brings together city maps, recognizable landmarks, and classic artwork—distinctive gifts for customers who appreciate meaningful places, design, and objects worth keeping. Each puzzle is laser-etched in San Diego, California. Solid anodized aluminum gives the pieces a substantial, satisfying feel, while the etched design makes the finished puzzle something to solve, display, and return to. For gift boutiques, museum shops, and design-focused retailers, Slate Puzzle offers an engaging product with a story customers can connect to: a hometown, a favorite destination, or a work of art assembled by hand. City maps make thoughtful housewarming and anniversary gifts; landmark and art designs bring a memorable sense of place and character to a curated assortment. Custom city maps are available for retailers seeking a place-specific design. Contact us through Faire to discuss your city and project. Please allow 7–14 days for production, plus shipping. Slate Puzzle was founded in 2025 with a simple idea: make a puzzle that feels worth keeping. SOLVE IT. THEN DISPLAY IT.
