About La Ferme Saint-Sylvain

Our story In the heart of Poitou, in Vienne, Ferme Saint-Sylvain is a family farm specializing in the cultivation and processing of organic medicinal and aromatic plants. Our story is, above all, that of a family attached to its land and its know-how. Over generations, we have chosen to steer the farm toward agriculture that respects life, biodiversity and the seasons. Today we grow a wide variety of plants: lemon balm, mints, verbena, thyme, mallow, bergamot (monarda), rosemary, dandelion… Each plant is cultivated, harvested and then carefully dried to best preserve its qualities and aromas. At the farm, we control most of the steps, from cultivation to packaging, including drying, sorting and blending our infusions. Our products are prepared by hand, with particular attention to the quality of the plants and their presentation. We also enjoy creating original recipes, combining plants to offer indulgent, authentic and approachable infusions. Ferme Saint-Sylvain is a human-scale brand committed to the plant world, aiming to reveal the richness of French plants through organic, artisanal and meaningful products. Behind every sachet there is a farm, a season, a plant and, above all, women and men passionate about their work.Read their story
