About Bell’s Reines Gourmet Miniature Cookies
Bell’s Reines: The Science of Inclusive Luxury Hi, We’re Bell’s Reines! We are a mother-daughter team redefining gourmet snacking through science, heart, and heritage. Founded by Teneisha Bell-Thompson (CEO; MBA and Psychology) and Angel Thompson-Cepahs (Co-Founder; M.S. Chemistry, B.S Chemical Engineering), we bridge the gap between laboratory precision and soulful hospitality. The Heritage Behind the Science: Our signature "pillowy-soft" miniature cookies are a masterclass in texture. Angel utilizes her engineering background to perfect our consistent formula, while exclusively using 100% heritage recipes. What began on our food blog, Dulcet Scintilla, is now a mission to share our family’s greatest gift: the art of the perfect, nostalgic treat. Our Ethos: Brave & Fierce A tribute to our patriarch, Thomas Roosevelt Bell, Jr., our name—French for "Bell’s Queens"—honors his legacy of warmth. He taught us to be Brave & Fierce: to have the courage to prioritize self-care and the strength to protect your peace. We believe "Life is Sweet" when you pause to Savor the Small Things. Wholesale Excellence: Dietary Inclusive: Non-GMO Project Verified & Nut-Free. Retail Ready: Handcrafted in our Maryland commercial kitchen with a 60-day shelf life. Premium Positioning: Small-batch "Inclusive Luxury" for boutique grocers, gift baskets, hotel mini-bars, and high-end hospitality. Much Love, Teneisha Bell-Thompson & Angel Thompson-Cepahs 💛 Life is Sweet — Savor the Small Things.

Alice, thank you so much for this — and for choosing Bell's Reines since you first opened Beacon Hill Market! Knowing you've reordered again and again means the world to us. We love being part of your shelves and can't wait to keep bringing you and your customers something sweet. 🍪 —Bell’s Reines Gourmet Miniature Cookies • Aug 31, 2026

Honestly, we were very excited to carry this brand but the quality and taste fell short. Cookies came squished in the packages, kind of thrown into a shipping box with no cushioning to maybe help with the squishing. *Great ingredients but sad it didn’t meet our standards overall :(
