Communication
Great company with beautifully made products, but the fulfillment team desperately needs improvement. My first order arrived with several containers of oil that had opened during shipping, leaking over everything in the box. Customer service agreed to replace the damaged items, but the replacement shipment was somehow packed even worse. They threw everything into a single plastic bag inside an oversized box with no protection. I honestly couldn’t believe it.

This product will fly off the shelves. It’s the best popper out there and more press should go out to support this great little popper.
