Simply the best - both the cups, bottles and other products AND the customer service! My first shipment is more than 75% sold out, and I'm awaiting more in the next week or so. I'm a new business owner, and Christine has been so helpful - from helping me create and upload my store logo to answering any questions I had - small, complicated and/or ridiculous (me being the ridiculous one :-)).
