Bulk cases can be curated to suit your preferred price point, size, & style preferences. Please reach out to us directly for additional lots, as we’re unable to list every available assortment. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our substitution process. If an item becomes unavailable while an order is being processed, we clearly communicate the replacement options with the retailer first & give them the opportunity to accept or decline the substitution. Whenever a substitution is offered, we aim to provide the same design where possible, & the replacement is always of equal value and, more often, of a higher value to help make up for the inconvenience of the original item being unavailable. This has been very well received by our retailers, and we’ve received a great deal of appreciation for providing upgraded pieces at the original item’s price.
