Beautiful product. Packaged nicely, great quality, and affordable pricing. I believe these will sell out fast at my hardware store. I have already placed my second order.

I really liked the brand and everything I ordered the quality and concept are great. My only suggestion is around the first order experience. My other first orders from similar brands were packaged nicely to reflect the brand, sometimes even with a handwritten thank-you note. That's not necessary, but packaging the first order in a way that reflects the brand's colors or aesthetic would make a much stronger first impression.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Ileana! I’m so glad you loved the quality of the products and had a positive experience with communication and fulfillment. I also appreciate your feedback about the first-order presentation. One of our core values is sustainability, so we intentionally use recycled and reused shipping materials whenever possible to reduce waste. While that sometimes means our packaging is simpler than some brands, we always strive to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Feedback like yours helps us continue refining the customer experience while staying true to our values. —The HNB House • Jul 16, 2026

We really appreciate the quick response to our questions before placing an order. And then all went well with the order, and it was received on time. We'll certainly purchase from them again!
