I placed a $500 bulk order from this client while they had all of their items on Faire at 45% off. They told me they would invoice me directly for the order (should’ve been a red flag to me) and I needed to hurry up and pay it to expedite the order. They didn’t apply the discount, didn’t get the order to me on time and refuse to refund me the difference of the discount that they should applied in the first place. It was impossible getting a hold of someone and when I did they were so rude.

Hi Jen, You asked specifically for you to be invoiced, to which we did. Your order shipped the exact date you asked it do, with rush included. You called blowing up our phone on a Saturday during an event, to which we still answered. You were yelling at my manager not letting her even explain anything and Demanding we basically stop a USPS truck and hand deliver a package three hours away because you failed to understand standard delivery time. Then stated you would get your order and keep it, while also filing a charge back, basically openly admitting theft on a recorded line.
