The brand missed sending two sweatshirts. I completed a claim, the process took several weeks. Faire support got involved and they ended up charging me 2 more times. When questioning the original support ticket it was closed. I went back to the brand and they said it all had to be handled through Faire support. The claim process is broken, I have tried to explain that to 3 agents with Faire support and the vendor. I am curently out over $380. order was place July 23, its Sep 21
