About Dr Zero Zero
Crafted with authentic Italian inspiration and refined blends of botanicals, AmarNo and AperZero reinterpret the modern Italian aperitivo and digestivo experience — without compromising on depth, complexity, or character. From bright citrus notes and bitter gentian to aromatic herbs, quinine, and Italian peperoncino chili, each expression is carefully balanced to deliver the bold, sophisticated flavor profile expected from premium Italian aperitivi and amari. Award-winning and crafted in Trieste, Italy, Dr Zero Zero AmarNo is a refined, non-alcoholic evolution of traditional amaro. Made with bold digestive botanicals including sage, wormwood, quassia, rhubarb root, quinine, and orange, it delivers the depth and complexity of a classic Italian bitter - without the alcohol. AperZero is the non-alcoholic answer for the iconic Italian Aperitif : the Aperol Spritz . Enjoy it with you favorite Prosecco/Cava/Sparkling wine and a touch of Soda for a true Italian Spritz aperitivo . AperZero's key ingredients : Gentian extract ( as in any Aperol), quinine essence, citrus and just a hint of the stimulating Italian chili, the Peperoncino piccante . Featured in Food & Wine and Tasting Table, Dr Zero Zero has received multiple international awards, including Double Gold and Amaro of the Year at the International Non-Alcoholic Competition in 2025.

Dr. Zero knocks it out of the park. It's rich, dark, moody and complex. We're huge amari fans and the Amarno comes way closer than we thought possible for a n/a product. Bravo!
