About Elm Dirt
Elm Dirt is focused on sustainability, organic farming and gardening with its foundation built on vermicomposting. We developed our fertilizers without the negative environmental effects synthetic fertilizer manufacturing usually has, and bring to the table a permaculture approach. Lauren Cain started Elm Dirt in 2020 because her 6 month old daughter was a determined dirt eater and Lauren was concerned about what chemicals her daughter was eating. Lauren used her background as a chemical engineer to research and develop the formulations that would be safe for her kids, her dogs and the planet.

I love everything this company sells. The ingredients in these organic fertilizers and soils are top notch. I sell these at my greenhouse business and my customers have nothing but praise for these wonderful products. I use them exclusively for my garden beds and the plants thrive long into the fall. Plant Juice keeps houseplants looking gorgeous year round. It’s also a customer favorite. I can’t say enough great things about this company and their mission for clean organic garden products!!

Elm dirt was recommended to me last year and as soon as I bought my first bottle and saw what it does for my 99 plants, wow, hooked! Now that we own a shop I am excited to bring it to our customers as well! Everyone will have a wonderful full plant collection in no time! thanks again!
