About Vumami Foods

Umami Bomb is the original blended chili oil that transforms your favourite dishes into addictive flavour explosions. Globally inspired and crafted in small batches, Umami Bomb is made with only the best ingredients: aromatic spices, tamari, fermented bean paste, and organic shiitake mushrooms. It's deep, rich, a little spicy, and so craveable you’ll put it on almost anything. It's nothing like your favourite chili crisp. It's way better. Add a tablespoon or two to bring bold umami flavour to stirfrys, noodles, sandwiches, and wraps, or use it as a dip for dumplings, salad rolls, and hummus. Our flavours can bring the heat, but Umami Bomb is not your typical hot sauce. We promise you a unique, umami-rich flavour experience that's so craveable and addictive, some customers eat it by the spoonful! Whether you like it ‘a little bit spicy’ or ‘super spicy extra hot’, we got you. Medium and Garlic are our mildest flavours, Sweet Heat and Hot are on the spicier side, and Tingly Sichuan and Extra Hot are our spiciest Umami Bombs. All products are preservative-free, low sodium, vegan, keto-friendly (except Sweet Heat), and made in Canada. If you're a retailer who offers in-store sampling, please let us know. Our products are an unusual specialty item that has to be tasted to be appreciated. With in-store sampling, Umami Bomb will fly off your shelves and into the baskets of customers! We are happy to provide product to support your in-store sampling. Read their story
