First time ordering from Willow & Oakley Co. The items were poorly packaged and as a result some were broken and scuffed. No bubble wrap or similar packaging to seperate the individual geese. Box also arrived by FedEx crushed. Altough these desk geese are cute, I was extremely disappointed in the condition they arrived.

I wish you would have reached out to us before leaving your review we would have been happy to fix the issue with a report to FedEx. all the items were packed well with more than enough bubble wrap, extra boxes and packing paper and all your additional pieces were shipped all in separated bubble wrapped packaged packaging.
