UPDATE! Vendor claimed it was due to the holidays, its January 27th and STILL have not received the rest of my order, this company is a SCAM! Vendor claims its the post office that is the issue but I think the items were never sent AT ALL! Response time was ridiculous and the two pieces of the entire order that I actually DID receive were not of quality! Ordered on December 12th for special order for a customer and only received 2 pieces of the order on JANUARY 8th!

I ordered multiples of two different designs - I received half my order. The other designs showed “shipped” but that the carrier never received the package. I messaged them three times over multiple days and never received a response.

Hi! We did respond- we did message that we had to step away for an unfortunate family event and did provide updates once we were back. We had our assistant doing and sending our orders out until we were able to get back and do admin work! As messaged, Thanks again for our order! Ordered on Nov 10, shipping time was posted as "get it by" 7-9 days - it was 30 days. Received 2 tracking numbers, however one package never came. Reached out and did not receive a response, reached out the next day and still did not receive a response. I went checked the tracking number and it had then been updated. Received the package today, missing 2 items so I requested a refund because it was a holiday tee. Also 2 tees arrived with tags cut off so I do not know what size they.
