We genuinely love Loom Loom’s products—the quality, prints, and variety have been very well received by our customers. Unfortunately, 4 of our 5 orders have required claims for missing items, incorrect quantities, or other discrepancies. We understand occasional mistakes happen, but this level of inconsistency creates unnecessary work for retailers. We continue to order because we love the products, but sincerely hope greater attention is given to fulfillment accuracy and quality control.

This shipment of Loom Loom towels was packaged w/o any extra protection for damage to box. Cloth items should arrive in some type of protection other than thin cardboard box alone. Box was barely sealed and a tear in side. Towels were thankfully not damaged, however, took on dirt from shipping. New products for display and sale should not arrive in this fashion. In addition, I am not happy with the over $2.00 increase per towel.
