At our core, we’re a blackcurrant company, fascinated by the depth and diversity of this small berry, grown just 20 minutes from our production space in Rhinebeck, NY. Launched in 2020, C. Cassis is passionate about sustainable practices and cultivating a lasting bond between the earth and its people. We work with responsible land stewards who grow regeneratively, ensuring that the land, fruit, and our beloved blackcurrants thrive for a better, healthier drink.

We just started carrying Cassisi's products in our shop, the ingredients are incredibly thoughtful, free of refined sweetener, and conscious of using all parts of the fruit. Love it! The Sunshine Pescadero 213 Stage Rd Pescadero, CA 94060
