About Mindful over Mind Full
Welcome to Mindful Over Mind Full. 🌿 I'm Jessica, and together with my high school sweetheart, Kai, we create nature-inspired products from our little home studio on Vancouver Island. I started this business because I needed little reminders to slow down, take a deep breath, and be kinder to myself. Through yoga, time in nature, and simple everyday reminders, I found that the smallest things often make the biggest difference. If you feel happiest under tall trees, love slow mornings, and believe kindness matters, you're in the right place. Everything I create is inspired by nature and designed to encourage a slower, more mindful way of living. From waterproof stickers and suncatchers to happy mail, each piece is a gentle reminder to enjoy what's already here, spend a little more time outside, and care for yourself, each other, animals, and the planet we all share. I hope these little reminders bring a bit more calm, compassion, and connection into everyday life.

I made the order and next thing I knew it was already in transit to me. The owner sent a lovely email. The packaging was beautiful with stickers all over it and again another lovely note inside really made my day. Thank you so much.
