We have been so disappointed with Nordicbangers. The orders never came correctly, we also received a rotten bag of candy with brown mold (happy to show a picture) and in good faith they promised to give hs a refund of over $700 due to that candy being bad quality and sending the wrong product multiple times. It has now been 3 weeks and they have been ignoring our communication and blaming Faire for not refunding. We are a small business and feel deeply upset and taken advantage of.
We have been so disappointed with Nordicbangers. Since this order was placed through Faire, we therefore referred the refund request to Faire's support team, as they are the appropriate platform to review and process disputes and refunds for marketplace orders. At no point was it our intention to ignore your concerns or avoid responsibility. We have responded throughout the process and have acted in accordance with Faire's procedures. Any suggestion that we have intentionally withheld a refund or refused to assist does not accurately reflect what took place. We remain committed to cooperating with Faire and providing any information they require to help bring this matter to a fair conclusion.
