About Sinai Gourmet
Sinai Gourmet was started with a simple idea: to make a fresh, wholesome, delicious condiments with absolutely no artificial ingredients. No preservatives, no stabilizers, no thickeners, no "added flavours", just quality farm-fresh ingredients. Laurence, our founder, had a vision in mind; condiments that could be added guilt-free to even the most premium ingredients whether it be Ribeye, Lobster or carefully curated vegan dishes from top chefs. Like many simple ideas, this proved more complicated than he could have ever expected. Without the use of tons of salt, sugar, artificial ingredients or preservatives, traditional manufacturing practices were useless. New ones had to be created. After 2+ years of experimenting and inventing and re-imaging, Sinai Gourmet had succeeded. We introduced our first fresh, vinegar-free, and ultra clean sauce and have proudly added to it maintaining the same vision. When you try our sauces, they will surprise you. They taste of the green, fresh, just like homemade food we all love. They taste of nature and health and another era of food. They are like nothing you've ever tried before. They will change your view of what packaged food can be and it just might ruin other sauces for you. :) Enjoy!

I was skeptical about the ketchup as I do enjoy my Heinz ketchup. This was delicious. I would highly recommend it. The BBQ sauces are also really good, even though I am not a big BBQ Sauce person. My favourite was the original with the pineapple taste, bit on the sweeter side. My husband liked them all. Communication has also been great.

I am very happy with Sinai, The product? They are top shelf. If you’re looking for only the best Maple you must try Sinai. I had international shipping issues, packaging was perfect but it seems FedEx disregarded the handle with care on the box. I reached out to Sinai and they handled the issues and without delay.
