Welcome to So-Dough where our breads are always long fermented and naturally yeasted. Choose from a variety of Breads and Confections, all Sourdough based! As a recent Chattanooga transplant, hailing from New York’s Catskill Mountains, Neeka DeGraw has quickly become the “sourdough lady” at local markets. So-Dough began as a passion project several years ago but took off as a fledgling, home based business in 2025 right here in Chattanooga. Operating out of the North Shore, you can find Neeka at her booth on Saturdays and Sundays as part of The Chattanooga Market and Chattanooga River Market throughout the year, as well as other specialty markets in and around Tennessee.
