We had a return from our regular customer due to substandard quality, and the service is extremely unhelpful when there is a problem with a product. Refunds or replacements are completely refused, and they clearly don't take customer service seriously. We're perfectly happy to take our business elsewhere and will not be buying from this company again.

However, we would like to point out that the product was purchased 4 months ago, and that your customer used it for about a month before your refund request, and that no defect in the product was reported to us or observed upon receipt of the product.
