Absolutely terrible experience. The ads are not truthful about sizing. I ordered jackets that were advertised as PLUS and used a PLUS sized model. I was sent jackets in misses sizes. When I complained I was told they are French sizes. Ok fine. But there was no indication of that and when you use the word PLUS and use a plus size model, common sense is going to tell the buyer this is a PLUS size product. Not that hard of a concept. I also had to pay $120 in shipping and tariffs so buyer beware!

Vous aviez la possibilité de renvoyer la commande sans frais car c'était la première chez nous, mais vous avez préféré déclarer les 5 pièces comme défectueuses pour obtenir un remboursement sans renvoyer les vestes. Les éventuels droits et taxes à l’importation sont, quant à eux, déterminés par les autorités douanières indépendamment de Nina Carter.
