About Dreamy Gallery Candle Co
Hello everyone, I'm Leyda, the founder and maker here at Dreamy Gallery Candle Co! Ever since I was little, I have always had a lot of creativity and imagination. I started Dreamy Gallery back in 2019, I quit my corporate job unexpectedly after being in business for 6 months. And since then, Dreamy Gallery has become my baby. I pour out not just candles but my heart out in every single collection. Every single candle is hand-poured in small batches by me, using 100% soy wax and non-toxic, phthalate-free, skin-safe fragrances. I am an eco-friendly person and I tried my best to stay as eco friendly as possible when it comes to making and shipping candles. All of my candles are made with love and attention to detail. I hope you enjoy them as much as I love making them! www.dreamywholesalecandles.com

Every candle I ordered was delivered with black cat hair in them. Absolutely disgusting. When I brought that to Leyda's attention, the owner, she never once apologized, or showed any signs of concerns for her product being sent out in this way. I even sent her pictures of the cat hair candles, again she acted in the most un-professional manner. Disappointed is an understatement.

Thank you for your feedback. We take product quality very seriously, and every candle undergoes a thorough inspection and quality check before being packed and shipped. When you reached out, I offered to send a full replacement right away. To help investigate what happened and ensure our strict standards are maintained, I asked if you could return the items so we could inspect them, but you declined. While we stand by the quality of our process, we always want our customers to have a positive experience. If you change your mind and would like to proceed with the return and replacement offer, please reach out to us directly—we are more than happy to assist you. —Dreamy Gallery Candle Co • Aug 31, 2026

Hi there, I received the samples, and I just wanted to say they smelled absolutely delightful! The only issue I ran into was that they had melted together during shipping. Since I live in Arizona, I know the heat can be a challenge, i didn't make a big deal due to them only being samples.
