Communication
I must say, I thought excellence was a lost art. Mysti is a refreshing reminder of why to order from small businesses. The package arrived with stickers on the box, which tickled me immediately (cats). Then, we opened the box. WOW! Outstanding packaging, attention to detail on EACH item, and an immediate response via the messaging option! We have found our figure candle distributor! Windsor, CT is going to love this! I know we do!

First off, I've been making candles for almost 30 years, own my own witchy store, & just don't have the right molds or time to make everything! I am PICKY! This store on my first order has impressed the HECK out of me! We will be ordering again! Keep up the good work! And the Faery gift brought a tear to my eye... 🥰
