About Zesty Lemons
Zesty Lemons London is more than a home fragrance brand - we are a movement. Founded by a new generation of creative entrepreneurs, we’re here to transform how people experience scent, style, and sustainability at home. Each of our on-trend pieces is thoughtfully designed to be repurposed after use - proving that beauty, function, and eco-consciousness can coexist. Designing under 5 key collections inspired by culture, travel and textures, our aesthetic is a bold celebration of style, modern luxury with a fun artistic flair that expands across a range of themes.

Ordered 24 matchbooks — which came in a small box (very light box — so light in fact I thought it was empty). £18 delivery was charged on the order. An absolute joke!

Pretty disappointed. I received the candles in a terrible condition... The wax was all damaged, the candle had moved around in the packaging. Four candles arrived broken...

Hello, Honestly I think you need to review your packaging because wrapping candles with bits of paper in a very small box will inevitably lead to breakage. Also, with this heat, which is not your fault, the candles melted. And if you don’t mark the parcel as fragile, the couriers will return them. For the future, I advise you to improve your shipping conditions a bit. Also, I hope there will be a reduction in shipping costs.
