Hello, Your shipment was ready for pickup at a parcel shop starting July 17th, but you did not collect it. We had also communicated this to you when you inquired. The package was returned to us the day before yesterday. Once it arrives back here, we will initiate a refund in accordance with fair platform policies. We appreciate your feedback but do not consider it fair, as there was nothing more we could do than pass on the tracking information to you. I understand your frustration; however, the shipment had been ready for pickup since July 17th and was not collected.
