We are an Australian family business making a delicious snack: biltong. We've been fans of kangaroo meat for years, but we couldn't find it in a good snack format. That is why we created our very own kangaroo biltong: a delicious snack made with Australia's best meat. While most biltong is made with beef, we use Australia’s healthiest, most sustainable and abundant resource, kangaroos, to make a snack that will nourish people of all walks of life. We have combined our passion for health and sustainability and our abundant local resources to create Wild Bites of Australia.
