Welcome to our women-led atelier! My name is Mevludiye, and textiles are woven into my DNA. Growing up in Türkiye between Uşak and Denizli, I was raised by a father in the cotton thread trade and a mother who was a master weaver. From a young age, I learned every step of the textile journey - from raw cotton to the finished fabric. While we spent years weaving traditional solid fabrics, my true passion blossomed when we shifted to crafting vibrant, high-quality Turkish towels (peshtemals) and blankets. The endless colors and unique styles brought new life to our garden-surrounded atelier. Today, our brand is proudly a 100% women-operated business. I design and weave the collections, my mother lovingly hand-twists the traditional tassels, and my cousin handles our strict quality control. Today we are in Greensboro, NC to serve our US retail partners seamlessly. Our mission goes beyond making beautiful, highly absorbent textiles. Every wholesale order supports our women’s collective and helps us hire and empower more female artisans.
