Unbelievable loss of quality. Kalahari brothers used to be a great Biltong. I purchased Kalahari and Stryve to try both. Unfortunately, the quality went down and it is an unrecognizable oversalted product. Now my question are: is it over-salted because the became Stryve corporate and do not care any more? Or was the meat so bad that they had to hide something with so much salt that it is unbearable to eat. Delivery took weeks.

The biltong is pretty good one of the better ones I’ve had but the meat sticks are pretty awful super fatty weird texture some are hard as a rock and some are mushy ... my kids will not eat them
