The Candle Brand is a UK-based, family-run home fragrance studio creating design-led candles, wax melts and diffusers designed for welcoming, lived-in homes. Our collections are built around warmth, detail and thoughtful design. We focus on products with a clear point of difference combining clean, linear aesthetics with carefully developed fragrances that feel inviting, familiar and refined. Gifting sits at the heart of everything we create. From the choice of vessel to the finishing details, each product is designed to feel complete, special and ready to give. This makes our ranges particularly well suited to gift shops, lifestyle stores and interiors-led retailers looking for products that feel meaningful and considered. All of our home fragrance products are hand-poured in small batches using high-quality wax blends and thoughtfully sourced fragrance oils. We place strong emphasis on burn performance, scent quality and consistency, ensuring every product meets the same standard, order after order. Sustainability is an important part of how we work. We prioritise eco-conscious materials wherever possible, including refillable formats, reduced packaging and considered design choices that support long-term use rather than single-use gifting. Whilst our ambitions as a brand are huge, we are proud to be a Norfolk based candle factory, and we are committed to growing all manufacturing and distribution in the county, thank you for supporting our business!

Hi, after finally receiving the product I thought they were good value for money and should sell well. However, waiting over three weeks for an order to arrive is totally unacceptable and unnecessary. I feel you are being let down by the platform you are using — sorry, but I won't be ordering again. I wish you all the best, though.

All the products are of high quality and amazing. Shipping was very fast. Packaging was superb. Communication not good. I received notification that this brand will not sell to me due to “social seller.” I have emailed the brand with questions. I would like to continue to buy from this brand and feature in my store. I have received no response. It saddens me that I will have to use a different home fragrance brand in my store.

We have been reordering for some years now. The product sells well and customers love it. Delivery times can vary a lot, so it's worth ordering in advance to ensure you don't have empty shelves
