Being little—and staying little—allows us to act righteously. And that righteousness is what makes the chocolate so damn good! We are working at a scale where we can choose not to compromise. On anything. So we don’t. Only the best cacao beans, that we are 100% certain are ethically sourced. Only organic evaporated cane juice instead of processed sugars. Only stupidly excellent milk when we need it. Only the most righteous, delicious chocolate bars. Made by hand, to the unusually high standards of our little operation.
