About Brewtifully
Tracy Dawn Brewer is an artist originally from Ohio yet newly located to Shoreline, Washington. She curates beautiful home decor, murals and a darling line of fun Mahjong tiles, mats and accessories. Everything is made to order, all mats, cabinets and lamps are made in the USA and shipped once manufactured. She takes custom requests and has nationally licensed with Mahjong companies like Miss Mahjong and Mahjong by Si and puzzles with Jiggy Puzzles. Some notes about ordering and shipping times: Manufacturing of USA products are approx. 7 business days then up to 7 business days to ship as of 9/12/26. All mats are made in the USA and if you don't see a pattern from the past that you want listed, just message me and I will get it added ASAP to place your order. I am revamping the entire catalog to include all designs since manufacturing switched so it is taking me some time! Manufacturing of tiles and other items from other countries (I manufacture in China, India, Spain, etc.) is 14-18 business days then 15-25 sea vessel transportation then 5-10 days ground shipping in the USA. When you get your tracking number, you will be able to track once the items are in the 5-10 day ground portion of shipping. Feel free to message me to inquire when your items get to sea, etc. Christmas items from other countries must be ordered by October 15th to guarantee arrival for holidays because of manufacturing shutdowns, postal delays, etc. so plan early! Unfortunately a few of the tiles fell apart but the the owner was very quick to respond and help come up with a solution that best fit the customer.

This was my first issue with any tiles. I am so sorry that you and your customer experienced this. I do hope you know I responded as soon as I received your message. I offered a full refund, of course, even if the manufacturer does not respond to me and the photos you shared, which I appreciate very much. I also offered to send new tiles direct to your customer via text (as per your requested method to speak to her personally) as well as offered you another discount for anything else I could provide and offered a mat and racks to your customer as an apology for the tile issue. I completely stand behind my work and work with manufacturers who also support in making things right for my customers as fast as they can. Hopefully all of that reflects more than a star rating as I am a single artist, not a corporation and loves offering to help other small businesses with items they would love with my art.
