About Tempesta Artisan Salumi
Our pork products are made with heritage breed pork, raised on family farms in the Midwest. They are never given antibiotics, no growth promotant's or hormones, and always vegetarian-fed. Five generations of family artisans. Working together to craft a delicious legacy. Tempesta is the culmination of more than 100 years of craft. Under the stewardship of a father and his son, Agostino and Antonio Fiasche are the entrusted artisanal guardians of Tempesta, the family-owned Chicago salumeria rooted in an rich Calabrian legacy of making unapologetically authentic and inspired salumi. We invite you to taste our family's tradition. And we offer up this handcrafted product, humbly, to you and yours. — Agostino & Antonio
