About Cabin Zen Candles & Fragrances

Cabin Zen Candles and Fragrances began in our cozy cabin in Northern Michigan, inspired by the region's breathtaking natural beauty. Our candles and fragrances are crafted to capture the essence of this unique environment, offering moments of Zen through scent experiences - from a love of scent, old cabins, changing seasons, and the simple idea that fragrance should make a place feel like home. What began with hand-poured candles grew into a collection of fragrances, body care, and home goods inspired by the places, memories, and little moments we never quite forget—the smell of cedar and coffee in a warm cabin, fresh earth beneath a lilac bush, an autumn orchard, a favorite cologne, or the quiet of the woods. We create our products in small batches, with an emphasis on thoughtful fragrance combinations and a rustic, apothecary-inspired style. Many of our scents are developed by blending multiple fragrance notes rather than simply pouring from a single bottle, giving each Cabin Zen fragrance its own personality and story. Today, Cabin Zen is still proudly rooted in Northern Michigan. Our collection has grown, but the idea behind it hasn't: create distinctive, handcrafted products that feel familiar without smelling like everything else on the shelf. We like a little rustic, a little refined, and scents with enough character to be remembered. Read their story
