About Bluegrass Bitters

If you are a fan of Kentucky Bourbon, then you should be a fan of Bluegrass Bitters. After spending years creating the best cocktail ingredients at home, our company founder (himself a KY native and KY Colonel) started Bluegrass Bitters so everyone can enjoy the taste of a finely crafted and well-balanced cocktail. Every drop of our bitters and syrup is produced and bottled here in the Bluegrass State. Iconic drinks, including the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan are transformed with the use of Bluegrass Bitters. Whether it's our 5-Spice Orange Bitters, our Infused Cherry Bitters, our Black Walnut Bitters, or our Smoky Simple Syrup (which puts smoke in the drink, not just around the glass), exceptional drinks are possible at home. And while our products go great with bourbon, Bluegrass Bitters are also the perfect complement in drinks using aged rum, vodka, tequila, or even something as simple as Bitters and Soda water. If you've ever experienced the rolling hills of horse country, watched the thundering pace of a thoroughbred horse race, or walked parts of the Appalachian Trail, Bluegrass Bitters will reconnect you to your time here and bring you a great drink wherever you are.
