The items that I received were great when the 1st 3rd arrived. After trying to reach out to the company about the rest of my order, they only responded AFTER I filed a missing items claim. They said it would be mailed that day, but it took over a month to receive the next 3rd of my order. After no additional communication I put in a formal complaint with Faire to get my money back on the remaining items.

Messaged the brand numerous times in regard to order. Finally got a response, she had a death in the family. Stated she would get the order out asap. Still waited. Placed another order in between communication and have never received it. It has now been canceled by Faire. Was hoping for a better outcome, items look great!

The prints are great, but you should order at least a month before you actually need them because that’s how long it will take to receive them despite what it says when you place the order. They also will not respond if you try to reach out.

I will never order from Wanted Transfers again. I placed order on August 21. Today is 9/10/26 and had not shipped. I reached out numerous times via email, message, facebook, and phone. Faire customer support reached out 3 times. Neither of us got a response. I cancelled order and have them marked as a NO-GO in the future. All it takes is updating me, as a customer, to keep me informed. I understand problems happen but keeping me informed could have changed this outcome.
