About Nextrition

Nextrition cold-pressed dog food is a nutrient-dense food that’s pressed at low temperatures to preserve the natural nutrients and flavors of our natural ingredients. Because of its concentrated nutrition, you can feed up to 30% less than traditional kibble while being easier to digest. Nextrition is a shelf-stable food that delivers comparable nutrition to other better-than-kibble options such as freeze-dried, air-dried and fresh while costing 30-50% less per meal vs. the leading brands in those spaces. A brief story of our Family-Owned Business. Our founder, Jim, worked in the kibble industry for years and disliked how much it was overprocessed. The high heat and steam used to make kibble burns off many of the nutrients and natural flavor. Plus kibble bloats inside your dog’s tummy, taking forever to break down and digest. Jim discovered cold-pressed dog food in Europe and loved the benefits so much he built a patent-pending production line located in Illinois, where all of our food is made and shipped directly to your store. Every recipe is 3rd-party tested for quality and safety before anything is shipped out and is the same food that Jim feeds his dog, Goose!Read their story
